Villa Barrettini
The name comes from one of the smaller islands of La Maddalena archipelago, which looks like a small mountain of granite rock surrounded and invaded by the exuberant Mediterranean scrub. A green island of aromas and colors, of scents and atmospheres, where the blue of the sea clashes with the clear granite cliffs. Along the coast of this island we find two small coves: “Cala d’Acqua” with a sandy beach and large grains and “Cala Zirri” of pebbles and boulders. The Villa has a kitchen separated from the living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a beautiful garden surrounded by myrtle and mastic plants that seems to recreate the atmosphere of the small island of the archipelago.

Villa Santo Stefano
The name from the fourth island of the archipelago by extension with its 3 square kilometers. It is a slightly hilly island that has its highest point in “Monte Zucchero”. After the dismantling of the base of the American Navy, part of the island is waiting for an enhancement project. The rest part of Santo Stefano Island, frequented only by tourists who are guests of the accommodation facilities, makes us think for its integrity as to how the Maddalena archipelago should be before its “tourist discovery”. On the island of Santo Stefano there are caves in which man has found refuge since the Neolithic age and, among many others, the granite cave of Villamarina, in use until the Second World War. Inside there are still semi-finished stone blocks, including a colossal bust of Costanzo Ciano, father of Galeazzo, fascist hierarchy, a true monument to transience and caducity of power. Among the few buildings on the Santo Stefano island there is the San Giorgio Fort (1773), also known as Napoleon’s Fort, because from this building the general course, targeted the town of La Maddalena in the attack on the archipelago on 23 February 1793. This villa also has a kitchen separated from the living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a beautiful garden with lawn decorated with an olive tree.

Villa La Presa
It is an island of the archipelago separated from Santa Maria Island by a very thin sea tongue called “Strangled Pass/Passo strangolato”. It reaches the maximum height with “Monte Presa” (49 m on the sea level). It is the third and last villa with the kitchen separated from the living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful garden with lawn where you turn your gaze to the left and you can see the rock of the Bear on the sea.

Villa Piana
This villa has the name from the small island after “Punta di Sperono” connected to Corsica by a strip of sand that does not allow the passage of boats but gives wonderful colors. And just like this island the Villa Piana is linked to the main avenue of Le Saline with a tongue of rocks and stairs that give to the accommodation an exclusive privacy. Living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a beautiful garden with lawn and a basement in which to keep your bike or surfboard.

Villa Carpa
From the name of the pretty island in the middle of the stretch of sea called “Porto della Madonna”, between Budelli island and Santa Maria island,
opposite “Spiaggia del Cavaliere”. Completely granitic it reaches 3 meters above the sea level. The villa has a huge garden with lawn, living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace on the garden and a basement where you can keep your bike or surfboard.

Villa Paduleddi
A little island that forms with Stramanari island the narrow passage of the Mouse, all granite rocks emerging from the water as small sculptures. The low bottom called “Cecca di Morto” is splendid for the transparency of its waters, due to the whiteness of the sand and the play of constantly present currents. The villa has a garden with lawn, living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace overlooking the garden and has access to a small road that leads through the Mediterranean scrub directly to the beautiful Cala de Le Saline .

Villa Stramanari
Small and elegant with garden and lawn, living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace overlooking the garden and a side road that leads, through the Mediterranean scrub, directly to the beautiful cala de Le Saline where it expands in all its beauty, from June to September, the Malì Beach Bar.

Villa Corcelli
Together with Piana island forms a natural pool that offers shelter to small boats by the west winds. In this precious little island nests the shag and the seagull. Late spring, as Barrettini, Barrettinelli and Piana, apparently bare isles, reveal in reality an explosion of life and colors with the blooms of the Mediterranean scrub. Like all the others, the Villa has a lawned garden, a living room with an integrated kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace overlooking the garden and 50 meters a small road that leads through the Mediterranean scrub directly to Le Saline beach.

Villa Abbatoggia
The Villa takes the name from an area full of beaches and coves located in the northern part of the island of La Maddalena that culminate in “Punta Abbatoggia”. The first beach you can find is that of the “dead man”, characterized by a thin white sand and a crystalline and transparent sea. And just like the beaches that follow one after the other, Villa Abbatoggia is the first of the 7 villas in the new area of the resort, inaugurated on June 1, 2015. It has a beautiful patio supported by granite columns on a garden with lawn, a living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and it is at 200 meters from Le Saline beach.
Villa Capicciolu
The name comes from the little island Capicciolu which faces south of La Presa island, in the municipality of La Maddalena, characterized by a thin tongue of light pebbles and rocks, lapped by waters colored by beautiful shades of blue. It has a beautiful patio too supported by granite columns on a lawned garden, a living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and is far only 200 meters from Le Saline beach.

Villa Giardinelli
This villa has the name of the tiny island famous for the beach with the Rock of the “Head of the Octopus” and connected by a bridge over an isthmus to the island of La Maddalena. It is a lovely beach characterized by pale white-golden sand, with granite rocks emerging from the water and behind the lush Mediterranean vegetation that with its aromatic shrubs floods the beach with pleasant woods. The Villa takes the shape of the island especially at sunset when it is colored all orange with granite, wood and the 5-layer roofs of the new sector between mountains and sea gives the complex a magical atmosphere. It has a beautiful patio supported by granite columns on a lawned garden, a living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Villa Cala Lunga
It takes the name from the beach in Porto Massimo, located in the northern part of the island of La Maddalena, an inlet characterized by medium-grained light sand, into the green of the Mediterranean scrub and its aromas. And just like this inlet, the villa can be reached by an elegant granite staircase and it is able to offer important privacy to the guest who lives it. It has a beautiful patio supported by granite columns on a lawned garden, a living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Villa Barrettinelli
A group of small islands that together with Barrettini and Corcelli give life to a unique panorama of beauty, perfumes and sensations. The Villa that takes its name from this group of little islands has a beautiful patio supported by granite columns on a lawned garden, a living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Access with an elegant granite staircase.

Villa Delle Bisce

From the wild and unspoiled island not far from the island of Caprera, characterized by a low cliff and white beaches. It is an island loved by sailors who, during their regattas, like the Louis Vuitton Trophy, love to admire her in the background. Also the villa that takes its name from this group of islets has a beautiful patio supported by granite columns on a lawned garden, a living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Access with an elegant granite staircase.

Villa Scoglio Bianco

Villa Spargi
From the third island by extension of the archipelago, of granitic nature, rich in water and vegetation and a safe place for many protected species of birds. In the first decades of the nineteenth century a bandit, Natale Berretta, persecuted by the law, hid on the island thus escaping to prison, but when his innocence was finally decided he decided to stay with his family raising goats and cows. In the depths surrounding the island have been recovered various findings and the remains of a Roman ship of the II century BC. today exposed to the naval museum of La Maddalena. This villa of easy access directly on the main road of Le Saline has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with integrated kitchen.
